We came in around 4:30 PM on Thursday September 4th. The drive thru was quite busy. We had a little time so we went inside to eat. There were 2 ladies waiting for their food, one lady said she’s been there around 20 minutes waiting for her order. There appeared to be only 2 employees working. Another lady came in after us and asked if we’d been here long, we stood there between 5-7 minutes with no acknowledgment that we were there. We decided that we would leave and go to Wendy’s as we had somewhere to be. The lady also left that came in after us. May want to consider more staffing during peak hours.

Love this Arby's.. crew is always awesome..best part however,.. I love how every single time I pull up to window, look inside.. it's CLEAN.. the floors are always clean... im always impressed.. keep up the great work!!!...
Can't beat Arby's. Good staff here orders are 99% right. Clean parking lot and eating area. Men's room is also clean.

Very slow food is never fresh. They never answer the phone if you call. Haven’t been there for a month for that very reason. Just saw a charge on my credit card from today that only i have the info to and as usual they’re not answering and it appears someone there is stealing.
