Apparently Tom Wolf steals and doesn’t like people talking about it.
Took my money. Did not deliver my order. Called the store, provided order number, manager Roy said “I don’t know what to tell you, I don’t do deliveries”
-update. I contacted delivery as owner requested. I was referred back to the location where I placed the order that is ignoring my attempts and I STILL have not received my order OR a refund.
-Second update. No response from business and I still do not have my money. Is this a Tom Wolf owned franchise?
-THIRD UPDATE. STILL NO RESPONSE, NO REFUND AND NO ORDER. I cannot recommend strongly enough avoiding this restaurant.

McDonald’s is forever a classic. The OG’s of fast food really can’t be beat. The food is always good, the price is always right, and the frappe’s are addictive to the point if I don’t have one daily I’ll likely die. Of course there’s no proof supporting that theory but why tempt fate? Also, the app makes it even better so if you don’t have it yet, GET IT! Who doesn’t love free stuff!?

Pulled in the drive thru at 10:58pm, says they close at 12am.. they already had all of the lights in the parking lot off, but the drive thru was still on, as soon as I got to order they turned off the lights and never asked for my order. So I pulled up to the window the boy at the window locked it and walked away without saying anything… I wonder if their owner knows they’re closing before closing time.
Tried to go thru drive thru at the Greenbo location. Just one big cluster.....
I ended up leaving. This is more and more of an issue at various McDonalds.....the chain who once dominated in drive thru performance is not so fast any longer.

I just love it when getting food in the drive-thru only for it to be a complete mess.
Ordered hotcakes and bacon and literally drove less than a mile to the station only to find the syrup they put in the bag had a hole in it. Syrup everywhere!!!
I appreciate whoever done that and hope they have the day they deserve for being so lazy and careless.
Employees should not run a vacuum cleaner in front of the counter when food is being served. Afterward, running the vacuum right next to our dining table. I understand cleanliness, but not during the lunch rush hour.

Cold food all the time
Cold food almost EVERY time and that's of you even get all your food. I'm always missing something or it's thrown in the back half way out of the wrappers. Do yourself a favor and drive a few more minutes past this one and go to the next. It's not worth it and the high-school kids they staff it with dont have proper training or can't read the screen and count. Not sure which one... maybe both. Management is nothing but rude morons. Hands down this is THE WORST mcdonalds. This is like if Dollar Tree had a McDonald's.. terrible

Parking: They got the order wrong thru the drive thru. I think they just stuff in the bag and send you on your way.
