This pizza is an average local pizza place. Is it bad no is it great, no. Service was average. Reminded me of a lot of the local pizza joints in the area.

Family went in to Poppy's for Sunday dinner, yesterday. I have to say The Turkey Dinner is fantastic! Tenderess, juicy and well flavored Turkey ever! The Blueberry Cheesecake was outstanding and the Deviled Eggs delicious. A sidenote...one of the best Meat Lovers Pizza in the area!?Kid-friendliness: This business is Family operated, and Family centered.

Quiet but cute pizzeria atmosphere and clean. They seem to have interesting daily specials beyond just pizza, and a karaoke night too. All our food was great, we'll be back.

The food is great. Parking is not.The sudden drum solos in a quiet restaurant kind of caught us off guard. I'm not sure what they are going for here. Hope they can figure it out.

The restaurant offers home cooking, soup on Mondays, breakfast everyday, pizza, salads, calzones. Absolutely delicious Subs. Italian, meatball, pizza. You name it and they'll accommodate you for a hassle free evening. They also offer delivery, pickup and curbside service with the talk being a drive thru coming eventually. One of the signature meals... homemade chicken and dumplings. Meatloaf. Brown beans with salmon patties, potatoes and cornbread. Want a lunch to go? Call ahead and they will prepare you for a outing in this humble town offering two famous covered bridges. Take a country drive and see what you've been missing. You can find overnight accommodation at Greenbo Lake State Resort Park. With Christmas coming and the holidays... don't forget pizza night for the kids. Friday night specials. Just call and ask. And speaking of The Weekend. Thursday offering karaoke. Bring your teenagers in for a family fun night. Friday and Saturday. Offering country music at its finest. Dinner and dancing with Jon Harr and the famous owner of Poppy's . George himself. Come on out and see what you've been missing. What a gem in a quaint little town.

I forget the name but got the pizza with everything. The service is really good. I liked the pizza but wished it had more sauce on it, perhaps il try a pizza with less toppings next time. I love these small towns diners.

The Traveling Dorns

This is our second time visiting Poppy's and we had the good fortune of visiting on the day they were having their pork chop special. You all need to stop by here on Wednesday and give it a try, it's a huge portion of a perfectly seasoned and cooked boneless pork chop with stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and a roll. Best mashed potatoes we ever had. We also split an antipasto salad, it was huge and piled high with meats, veggies and cheese. We split it and still had enough to take home. The baked lasagna and cheesy garlic bread were also delicious. Last time we visited we had the best pizza in the tri-state area so we ordered one to take home with everything on it and double house made sausage. This little out of the way place is definitely worth the drive. They also feature hand dipped ice cream.

Java Junkie

We ordered a foot long hot dog, fries I think or maybe onion rings and a sandwich of some sort. Anyway, the hot dog hadn't even been cooked. It was still as cold as the fridge it had been in.The sauce was canned. I've bought that canned sauce enough to know it when I taste it. The bread was okay but not something that my mom wants again. They didn't add any mustard or onions, both of which were asked for.We waited well over an hour for cold food. When I called to let them know that someone had made a hot dog without cooking it first, I was hung up on twice. I gave up but you can be dang sure they will never see another penny of my money.

Great little shop but the one lady there was doing all the food prep and cooking by herself. She extremely busy with like 20 burgers and pizzas and grilled stuff all going at once! The woman was amazing! The food was still good but that woman needed a helper
