The staff are by far the worst I've seen. There was a line of customers (10+) and cashier's and management both stand with their back to the register staring at a screen with 3 orders on it and won't take orders UNTIL they have cleared the entire screen of orders. It takes an average of 15-20 min to get your order taken l, then another 10-15 when you actually receive the order. I have frequented this location for over a year because of proximity, and the service is always absolutely atrocious. Half of what they do is stand and stare at a screen and ignore customers. The nearest other Hardee's is over 20 miles away yet when I have visited that store, everyone is served in a timely manner with no issue.

I rarely find good service. I had the opportunity of having the best frisco. It looked just like an ad. I wanted to know who made such a great burger and they told me Jordan D! Def will be back.. dang that was good.
Parking: I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it is hands down the best I've found in fast food restaurants.
