Ordered my pizza as always for lunch, after a 45 minute wait to get told I'm on hold. I get a lunch break not a lunch day!!!! Come on with the mess!!! 🤯 Anyway, they lost an everyday customer today because I didn't get to eat lunch. Going back to work hungry, sucks ..and won't happen again to me or any of my loved ones.

We were having a nice meal until the manager came to our table to reprimand us for using a carryout box for our leftover food. There was a large stack of boxes in what used to be the salad bar area in the dining area. We assumed they were there for customers to use since they were in the dining area which is a similar practice in other restaurants like Blaze Pizza, Fazoli's, etc. She embarrassed us at our table and continued her reprimand as we left. I can't imagine embarrassing 4 senior citizens who had just spent nearly $100 is worth the cost of a cardboard box, but they won't have to worry about it in the future.

Our waitress was excellent and super patient with my elderly parents. She was super attentive to our needs at the table. Food came out very fast and was very good. Definitely going back to eat in again.

Made a order online went and picked it up and half the order was missing.
Their pizza isn’t as it used to look. The crust has a very bland flavor and texture to it.
