Parking: My truck wouldn't start and before I could even grab my phone to contact my boyfriend there were 3 or 4 staff members at my window willing to help. They pulled their cars around and gave me a jump and got me back on the road in minutes. That's wat I call outstanding customer service!!!

Not the best Sonic I have had, that's for sure. I got a burger that was not well put together and had maybe two or three little shreds of lettuce. The food was, overall, very mediocre. I ordered onion rings that they failed to bring them. My ocean water was good though. I will write it off as a bad day. I mean, we all have those right.
Well went there 2 days in a row. I ordered a Mello yellow with grape. I was on my way to work both times. The first visit there was no grape flavor at all, the 2nd it was cherry.

Never even got to order after waiting 10 minutes. Apparently need more workers. Would have loved to been able to eat. Really wanted their food but no food at a drive thru is worth that long of a wait and still not be waited on.

Having your employee working the drive in tell a car “uuuuhhhh it’s gonna be a minute” and then proceed to ignore them for 15 mins is insane. I just drove off.
