I stopped at Sonic on my way to work to grab some breakfast. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese brioche breakfast sandwich. Since I was driving, I didn’t have time to check if everything was okay. I took a bite and immediately thought, “Oh no!” I pulled over to take a picture. 😂 I did eat the egg because it wasn’t overcooked, but the bun and bacon were completely messed up.

I ordered 3 items off the value menu and they charged full price and the screen was broken black she came out with an attitude about it and refused to fix it.

Demon Equalizer

Pulled up, checked in 2 small orders on my phone. Expected them to come my car, and multiple other cars pull in. They get their food first, I’ve been waiting a while, I call inside to check and make sure they had my order. They confirmed they did, I proceed to wait, and more orders are given before mine. I’ve been here longer than these others and at this point have waited close to 30 minutes. I pull around to drive thru, explain, tell my orders, and I’m told to pull to the side. I proceed to wait even more, and now it’s been close to over 40 mins in total. I saw other cars get their food first again, and proceed to leave. I never got my food, and have to get a refund on the app.

Food isn’t the issue, it’s the people working there. Unless you want people cussing around your kids, teenagers running in front of vehicles, coming up to your vehicles, or your staff hanging out with the teenagers, and report it and nothing happens then it’s an amazing spot!

Have reported countless issues and kids are walking around shirtless being completely disrespectful and when you complain they act like it never happens. Very sad and don’t think I’m ever coming back. My money doesn’t matter to a multimillion dollar restaurant but everything is so sour when kids are so disrespectful and management won’t do anything about the issue.

Parking: My truck wouldn't start and before I could even grab my phone to contact my boyfriend there were 3 or 4 staff members at my window willing to help. They pulled their cars around and gave me a jump and got me back on the road in minutes. That's wat I call outstanding customer service!!!

Not the best Sonic I have had, that's for sure. I got a burger that was not well put together and had maybe two or three little shreds of lettuce. The food was, overall, very mediocre. I ordered onion rings that they failed to bring them. My ocean water was good though. I will write it off as a bad day. I mean, we all have those right.
