Parking: My truck wouldn't start and before I could even grab my phone to contact my boyfriend there were 3 or 4 staff members at my window willing to help. They pulled their cars around and gave me a jump and got me back on the road in minutes. That's wat I call outstanding customer service!!!
We waited a good 30 minutes for our stuff. And It was wrong. But I was not mad. There was only 2 people working because they were severely understaffed and the whole entire lot was full. The fact they pushed through and didn't just quit is commendable. They worked their butts off and was getting out food as fast as they could considering the circumstances. Better than drive thru. We went there for lunch and though there were a lot of cars we got pur food very quickly. Kids loved it. The chicken tenders were juicy and tasted good. Fries were crispy, onion rings the perfect amount of crunch. The little chicken sliders are 7 year old approved. Can't go wrong with the soft pretzels! Staff was polite and pleasant. We'll def be going back.
