Literally watched the guy lean over my food forearms touching them while he talked to the girl who was pulling my chicken out or the frier. Never ordering here again don't like my food with a side of hair, sweat, and spittle from you speaking directly over it.

Wife insisted I go to Hardee's this morning. So, instead of going to a nearby restaurant, I drove the extra 5 miles each way because the times we've gone before service and food were stellar. I made sure to give 5 stars because for every bad review, there are a hundred unwritten good reviews that never happen.
Today was a completely different experience. From the bad service to the worse service when I drove all the way back to correct it. My mistake for expecting the order to be correct and not checking the bag before I left. Anyhow, it's an hour and half later and I'm finally sitting down to eat. Day pretty well ruined since I was on a timeline. In the future we'll stay in Madisonville and not waste our time. I'm sure we may give this location another chance but it'll be a while, until then. My opinion and rating stays.

Breakfast at Hardee's used to be a daily ritual for my husband and a family tradition every Sunday before church. Their biscuits used to be our favorite, but lately, we've been disappointed. Over the past month, every time we've gone, the biscuits have been so hard that we couldn't even eat them and had to throw them away. Trying to reach them by phone but it's always busy. Even when we ask for softer biscuits when ordering, our request hasn't been honored. At the drive-thru, when we checked, the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. For nearly $14, we expected better quality, especially since we often end up only eating the sausage from our three sausage and cheese biscuits. As a result, we've decided to boycott Hardee's for now.

Hardee's has the absolute best fast food breakfast of any. The service here was excellent the biscuits and eggs coffee all great. I am baffled by the low ratings, we didn't see that at all. We came Sunday morning. If you've eaten at McD you know how far they have slipped. Nothing is fresh. It and BK are awful. BK has never even tried in 20 yrs. The clown was good but no longer.
