“All of the employees that I've come thru has come thru for me and my family 110%. The food, I only order the chicken strips and to me they are as good as the best chicken strips (restaurant speaking) to date. Especially for the $5 box. The cookies, and fries are extremely good ?”

“Just tried their biscuit and sausage gravy and cinnamon rolls, and let me tell ya, I went back the very next day for more!!! They're delicious!The kids love their Snackle Tackle kids box and the chicken salad sandwich and unique pasta was amazing as well! The owners are so sweet and make the best drinks ? plus they have a drive-thru! I highly recommend and it's a great little addition to our hometown! Wish them the best of luck ❤️”

“This place is a treasure in Madisonville, KY. Great doughnuts and baked goods. You can also eat there. We have a fondness for their fried bologna sandwich. Not too many places where we can get that in Orange County, CA. We always enjoy going to Golden Glaze when we visit Madisonville, KY.”

“My family and I just moved to Earlington and we ventured out this weekend looking for breakfast when we came across this diamond in the rough! Not only did we have a breakfast worth napping over, but we came back for a late lunch, early dinner, because not one thing was even remotely off or not right about our meal. I mean everything was so good that I had to ask the lady if they made their own brown sugar in house because it was so fresh tasting. (They don’t make it though!) lol I know I found my family’s new favorite spot! I can’t wait to try the fish on Friday!”

“My Mom loved to eat at Country Cupboard. She wouldn't have just 1 or 2 plates she would get everything she wanted except for dessert and have at least 4 plates and or bowls on the table when she ate. She didn't want to get up mid meal to go get more. Especially when the food was so good! When it was time for the other good stuff you could count on her having a plate full of goodies and sometimes 2! I dont know where she put it all cause she was not a big woman :) she did have a big heart and a big appetite when the food was good! We never left hungry and we never left wishing it had been better!So I write this review in honor of my Mom and one of her favorite places to go eat.. I have so many precious memories there with her and the laughs we had over all her plates of food! Having those conversations Mothers and Daughters have as they love and support each ither as we navigate through life..Grab someone you love and go have a great meal and make some precious memories at one ( if not the best) places in Madisonville to eat ..Love you Mom ❤️”

“My second time to visit, as good as the first. Our waitress was superb and the chicken livers, oh my.There were 17 of us, they didn't know we were coming, seated us all and took great care of each of us.”

“I called in our order and they said it would be 45 minutes before it's done. We ordered burgers, fries and chili so I thought that was odd. One of the burgers had the wrong toppings but the others were really good. I rarely get Ferrells but I'm always glad when I do.”

“The food is very good for a buffet. Tremendous selection! Great value! Very friendly staff with prompt service. The soups are very good and there are several dessert selections including ice cream. Also a good selection of sushi with wasabi and other toppings. You can also special order from the grill at no extra charge. The ambience is lacking a bit but the restaurant is clean and organized to serve a lot of people.”

“The food was yummy and the service, such as it was, was impeccable! I don't think I've had better butter chicken ever! Just a caution! Unless you are getting an order for a group, get a small order.The restaurant is inside a gas station. You can go in and order at their counter - which looked nice from what I could see, or you could go through the drive-thru. I chose the drive-thru which is really more of a drive-up. You order at the window, pay, drive around to the door, and they bring your food when it's ready. They have dine-in, but that's misleading. They have booths sitting outside the service station.The man at the drive-thru was really sweet and the man who brought my food was also very sweet. I'll definitely go back if I'm ever in town and staying at the hospital again.... or even a hotel. It's not somewhere I can just come anytime because I don't live here. If you're in Madisonville and don't mind eating outside, or have somewhere to stay, definitely try them out. I had the butter chicken and the samosas and it was just yummy! ?”

“Have not tried the food but the vibe is nice and they have Guinness and they let you choose which sports program if you're interested and they've got a pool table for free and one that takes quarters but the lights ”

“Very good food. Their burgers are always well cooked land the fries are very very good! The environment was amazing very friendly servers and nice people all around! The service was also good and fast. Food came out within 15 minutes of me ordering it!”

“The food was so delicious and the barista made my coffee amazing! I’m very picky about my coffee but it was perfect. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. There’s so much potential to make all three rooms uniform and similar to each other as far as decor. I would have liked to see the food being made in a more streamlined process. “Best pizza I've had in years!! #1 is Two Guys Pizza (Florida & coastal area) #2 is Hobo Mickey's ! I've had pizza from NY, to Colorado, Chicago, and many places in between. Hobo Mickey's has FABULOUS Pizza! Their Taco Pizza is awesome! I didn't think I'd ever " love" another taco pizza after Godfather's, correction the OLD Godfather's but I LOVE this Taco Pizza Hobo Mickey's has. If you haven't tried it you're missing out! Now I gotta go, I got a taco Pizza to pick up ??”

“Pizza on the buffet was OK. We asked for a fresh pizza and they made a thin crust and added it to the bar. It was excellent, much better than the options on the buffet.”

“My family and I drove from another town to eat at this Dairy Queen because my boyfriend spoke so highly when he was in Madisonville for work. The food was hot and fresh, the employees (teenager’s) were very respectful behind the counter and even on their breaks in the lobby area. We will definitely be coming back to this location more.”

Around $17 with a drink.This time, got the southern eggs Benedict. Yum. Ham & bacon on toast with a couple of eggs * hollandaise. “The steak Bruno is probably the best sub sandwich you'll get inside Madisonville city limits IMO. Their calzones are on pointand are even good reheated in the oven. They've got an awesome white cheesy pizza that is my all time favorite pizza they offer (but it's not the same as the calzones when reheated). I ordered a steak Bruno, a chicken bacon ranch calzone, and an all-meat calzone last week and they were all fire. Those three items with delivery was thirty + and well worth it.”

“The food is pretty good. The sweet tea is always great and the fish was perfectly cooked today. The pork had a wonderful taste but was kind of dry. I'm not usually a fan of buffet mashed potatoes but these were really good. I really like that all the vegetables are seasoned well.The desserts were ok, not terrible, not great.We were seated quickly and our server greeted us quickly. We had great service the entire time & we left there fairly miserable because we ate too much!Overall, it's great. It's a good quality country buffet with great service.”
