All of the employees that I've come thru has come thru for me and my family 110%. The food, I only order the chicken strips and to me they are as good as the best chicken strips (restaurant speaking) to date. Especially for the $5 box. The cookies, and fries are extremely good ?
Excluding the kind cashier at the drive up window...Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had!! Waited over 20 minutes for no reason. Went in to ask about my food and the girl working had the worst attitude. Claimed she couldn't look up previously placed orders in the drive through which I know to be false. Any register can look back at previous transactions. She did not even offer my food simply asked if I wanted a refund then tried to give me 99 cents in just...read full review

Everytime I go thru the drive thu this Hardee's @loves are out of something from medium and large cups, french toast strips and jalapeño bites on a regular basis and the Hardee's in Madsonville has no problem carrying these items.
