I had just moved to Harrodsburg from Lexington and I stopped by for a drink and food before my OB appointment in Lexington. The staff were so nice and accommodating to me as I ended up, leaving myself little time to get to Lexington. I appreciate their help in their service so much! Autumn was the trainer on duty and she was so kind to be able to push my order through while training! Thank you so much, the food and drink really made my morning. I will for sure be back when I’m not in a hurry. 😅

I ordered two bagels with “only egg and cheese,” and they gave me bagels with egg cheese and cream cheese. When I returned asking for new bagels to be made, they told me that that was how Bigby does their bagels “default.” When I asked to see a manager, the young girl told me that she was the manager. Another employee in the background was rolling her eyes and telling me the same story: “all of our bagels come with cream cheese” - explaining that you have to ask for no cream cheese to ensure that you don’t get any. I told them anywhere else that I go for a bagel, when I say egg and cheese only, they don’t also add cream cheese. Regardless of a “default.” Most of their bagels also come with meat and notice they didn’t add any meat to the bagel when I said “egg and cheese only….” They told me if I wanted to I could pay for new ones. The attitude over their mistake was very unprofessional. Not to mention, the bagels were covered in cream cheese, so much so that it was slopping out of the side. Disgusting. Sour, nasty cream cheese slipping out of the side of the bagel. Tasted like mayonnaise. Absolutely gross. 🤢

The food is good. The coffee is okay and the people are sweet but I have to avoid this place because I will definitely be 20+ minutes late wherever I’m going if I stop here first. I don’t know how it can take so long to make a simple iced coffee when there is no one else in line. If there’s someone in the line I don’t even stop because it’s guaranteed I’m going to wait forever. I love the bagels but I unfortunately can’t keep bringing my business here. Hopefully management will see the the other similar comments and make a change because there is definitely a breakdown in processes somewhere.

I thought that getting a new coffee shop in town would mean faster, more efficient service. However, it seems to be the opposite.
A simple coffee order through the drive-through takes approximately 15 minutes. What is the major malfunction?
Never been here before. Came by Sunday for Pioneer Days to pick up a specialty drink and breakfast for my friend and I. The hostess who greeted me and assisted me on the options was knowledgeable friendly and impressed me with her attitude and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend.

1. Biggby is my favorite coffee. 2. I live in NC where Biggby is rare. 3. It's seldom that my coffee is made correctly when going to competitors, but this location knocked it out of the park! 4. I realize giving a 1 star for a nasty boba seems harsh, but that boba is the nastiest thing I have ever put in my mouth. Me and my 10 year old never even finished a quarter of it. I would prefer a dirty puddle of water with rocks for the boba. Take it off the menu and I'll consider trying something else, do not seve this poison to anyone else. YUCK!
