Ordered 20 strip family meal, but classic was delivered instead (for 5 kids that all refuse regular chicken). Calling, manager says “they” should have called me to say strips wouldn’t be ready in time. (If anyone should make that call, it should be the MANAGER.) He tells me, at about 7p, to drive through to pick up our strips, but by the time I went through (before 8p cuz I’m posting this 2nd review at 8:15p), they were already closed. — Very unprofessional.
