We just got ice cream 🍦 it was very good the girl at the window acted like it was a chore to take our money and she hated her job

Just ordered a banana split w ice cream n fudge & whip cream, it looked good, but when I got home well, it was all banana n they was hard as could be n seriously only got one little scoop of ice cream. Threw it away cause the bananas was hard n nasty, wasted almost 6$ man o man disappointed again....

Honestly it was probably a fluke, but you made my blizzard completely wrong. Choco Brownie Xtreme Blizzard gets cocoa fudge, choco chunks, and brownie bits. This has no cocoa fudge, and isnt even completely mixed. Its a small, there is zero reason for it to look like this. My bf's small Oreo blizzard isnt mixed well either. Do better.

Ordered online and pickup at window... Food was inedible. Sausage was black and hard and biscuit was a rock. Threw it away with the soggy hash brown. Won't go there again!

Ordered a deal off their app, no problem. The problem was that I altered what was on the hamburger via the app, an easy process, yet the sandwich had everything on it, which was NOT WHAT WE ORDERED ‼️ The hamburger was bland , warm not hot and the fries were over salted. But the Pepsi Zero was refreshing and tasty. Overall not a good experience 😕

This Dairy Queen never serves fresh food. The chicken strips always taste like they are hours old.

I went through the drive-through and ordered 3 meals. The chicken in the strip box was hard, cold, and not the amount ordered. The burger was ordered without cheese, but cheese was put on it anyway. And rude female at the windows.

Handing out flat, 2 liter, Pepsi products for nearly 4.00 a drink.. when I went in and asked for a refund, Emily looked like she no longer understood English... No one wants to pay nearly 4.00 for a large drink, to get flat, 2 liter, soda. At least post that your soda machine is down so that people can make informed decisions..
