As a doordasher, I go to places like Huddle House all day long to deliver food for other people today. I picked up an order from here earlier today and the smells were so inviting that I was remiss that I had to leave and deliver the order. My dashing travels brought me right back by the same little Huddle House in quaint Harrodsburg, KY, and I decided this time I was going to stop and get something delicious to eat!
...and BOYYY-O-BOYYY, was I right to do that! Lead server Amanda H., whom I would later learn is a 20-year HH veteran, was quick, accessible and friendly. Meanwhile Mel D. and Eva S. cranked out my food in less than 7 minutes and it is unbelievably delicious!
The Huddle Houses of America need more aces like Amanda, Mel and Eva. I will definitely return soon.

I had stopped going here long ago bc for many reasons. I tried it again bc I heard there was new ownership. Night and day!! First of all, it is soooo much cleaner!! The staff was very friendly and attentive. And the food was great. I've been back several times and they are definitely back in my rotation!!

I walked in on Christmas to an amazingly busy store but was greeted promptly and with the biggest smile. No grumbling or complaining and so much kindness. Even people that weren’t our server were friendly and just plain nice. Kayla was the sweetest waitress I’ve had in years. Go out of your way to visit here. Fresh food and friendly faces.
Nov. 24 2025. My mom and I just ate at Huddle House on Louisville. Rd. Highway 127. The hamburger was so good. Cooked perfectly. The onion crisp was also really good. Friendly service everything was nice and clean. Didn't get the cooks or our server names but they did a very good job.

What did you do to Huddle House? This used to be one of our regular breakfast places, coming here almost every weekend. But something has gone off the rails in the last 3 or 4 months. There's an entirely new crew, the prices have gone way up and the food quality has gone way down. It's Huddle House so I don't expect Michelin 5 Star quality. The expectations aren't that high for Huddle House, but when you can't even hit the bar for a Huddle House, you're doing something way wrong. The first time, it could have been a fluke so we decided to give them another chance. Today was no better.
The same 2 meals that used to cost around $25 a few months ago was $37 today. The biscuit was so hard you could tap it on the plate like a block of wood. There were at least 4 more employees working than what have previously been there, and it still took twice as long to get our food. Again, it's Huddle House so I don't have high expectations, but the minimum would be nice.
