We found a hair in our pizza, both pizzas we received were undercooked in the middle. When we notified the staff of the hair, we were told the situation would be handled, yet could clearly see a young man with very long hair making food with neither a hairnet, nor gloves.

I was wanting a good thin crust pizza. We came to Pizza Hut and it did not disappoint. We got the Supreme and honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. The crust was nice and crispy throughout.

So my delivery was left at the door instead of hand it to me like I requested, and the driver kind of ran away. I picked the pizza box off the ground and my pizza was completely slammed to one side of the box. A lot of the toppings were missing. I think the pizza fell out of the box, and the driver just decided to deliver it anyhow, and run away. There was no sauce of the pizza and I ordered extra sauce as well. I want a full refund for this I called the restaurant and talked to Tiffany but she was very rude to me said the store was closed and there was nothing she could do tonight. I told her I didn’t think the food was safe to eat and I needed to know if it was safe to eat or I’m going to throw it away and I want a refund and she hung up the phone on me . I called back and talked to a nice young man and he told me to contact corporate to get a refund and call them back tomorrow. This was a very terrible experience and I will never use pizzahut again. If I did not get a refund for this order, this was terrible and food safety concerns.
This pizza hut is exactly as it was 25 years ago! The food was great (though the personal pan didn't look quite like it used to!) The atmosphere was PIZZA HUT! Just a great experience and time with my kid.

So overall there service and food are really good. I only dropped into four star because the last two times I ordered boneless wings and got bone-in wings. Seems like they're substituting the cheaper ones for the more expensive ones I order.

I usually like pizza hut, but the person on the phone didn't get the address right at first so we waited an hour and a half for our food to come. And then it wasn't completely right, but at that point I was just tired of waiting and was hungry, so I didn't call to tell them.
