We ordered the new chicken tenders at the drive thru. They said it would be a 6 min wait. By the time we paid, it was down to 3 min. They said to pull around and they would bring it out in 3 min. We waited 10 and then an employee came out and asked what we were waiting on. We told her and she went back in. About 5 min later, another employee came out and asked. We requested a refund and guess what..... Had to go in to get it!

They got our order wrong like usual I’m not sure why it’s so difficult for Wendy’s to make a crispy chicken BLT but every time I order it I’m given a regular crispy chicken when I’m charged for a BLT and all of our food was cold it seemed like it had been sitting out for awhile.

Don't waste your time. I'm new to the area and have tried this location 3x, only successfully got food the first time. 2 days in a row I waited for several minutes at the speaker and no one but the automated message spoke to me. These last two times I got so fed up that I just left before anyone spoke to me. Pulled around the building to see 2 employees with headsets taking a smoke-break, with a full line of cars in the drive-thru.
Food is always fresh and the customer service is always kind and prompt another great restaurant around this area for sure!!

Burger was a little dry. Looked like it had been sitting; prepared before we got there. Fries are normally very good and hot but this time limp and room temp. Worst was a group of girls by the bathroom doing someone's hair; curling iron and everything. Just very annoying and a little loud.

I bought the 7.00 meal. I think the fries,chicken nuggets, and small burger got even smaller. I get the price increase but don't increase the price and make items smaller. We consumers do notice. Off to Steak and Shake. For 7.50 I can get a full size double burger, fries, and a drink. And I'm full when finished.
