Worst experience I have ever had at an Applebee’s ever! Poor service and after food was finally served, mostly incorrect, we couldn’t get silverware or napkins to eat with! Completely pathetic!!!

Me and my wife stop by since we were out of state.Worst applebees we both had ever experienced. My wife asked for water and lemon.she was served with bottle of water from foodcity.i asked for pepsi i was served with and 12oz canned of pepsi.when asked about the drinks i was told thats all as of now that we can offer .so i went on to order myself and wife the bourbon steak with mushrooms asked to make sure our steaks were well done. After 45 minutes our food was brought to our table the steaks were raw and cold so i asked the waitress to look at our steaks she picked up both of our steaks and said im so sorry i can tell by just looking at your steaks that they both are raw.the manager never once came to our table after the waitress had brought this to his attention. So after just ordering and chicken sandwich and chicken tenders that was also couldn't be eaten we were still charged 35.00 .applebees you can do alot better.need better cooks and new manager.

The food was good. The service was outstanding. Cassandra, did great. As always, this is our third time having her as our server and she did a wonderful job. The only issue we had, was there was a centipede in my iced tea, which the manager did not handle appropriately. I called contacted the district manager and corporate. And the issue was taking care of without a problem. We will definitely try eating there again. Hopefully, without a centipede in the tea LO. L.

Well it's an Applebee's, so I guess I shouldn't expect much! We're here visiting from another state and there really isn't much of an option unfortunately for food. Food and drinks were terrible; weak (couldn't even taste the alcohol) cold, no flavor, looked questionable. I would NOT recommend this restaurant at all. On the plus side, I will say the server was super kind. That is why I gave FIVE stars for her service. Thanks for the great service but y'all need a new cook stat.

Let me save you a trip to Hazard. Probably the worst Applebee's I've been to. The service was abysmal. If it wasn't for the gentleman bartender, whom I assume was the assistant manager, then we would probably still be sitting there waiting for service. The food presentation was a disaster. Either it was someone's first day or someone who hates their job. You eat with your eyes first! Maybe they need more employees? Either way it was very disappointing. I visit chain restaurants bc of the consistency. There was none at this location. The shining light was the bartender. His customer service was shining bright that day. You sir, should be a manager if you aren't one already.

We went on Saturday evening and apparently alot of people called in so they were short staffed. We waited almost a hour to be seated. I'm sure the staff was doing there best. The food was good. My server was great I can't remember his name but was one of my top 10 servers ever and I eat out alot.
