Waited 23 minutes for some cold old food. Food was absolutely gross. I dont ever complain but this was so bad I had to warn people. Atleast on the night shift. Paid 47 dollars and waited 23 minutes is absolutely horrendous.

Came into the restaurant and I was instantly impressed with the level of service as their Assistant General Manager was on shift and greeted my loved ones and I. He also made several recommendations as we ordered newer products they were offering for the summer. I greatly enjoyed my food and coming in.
Thank you guys for the great food and hospitality. I will be back next time I travel through Hazard again.

There service is quick and awesome .I ate there 2 days in a roll but my 2 visit went bad I have a bad tooth to start with which made my 2 visit worse because they gave me a large order of crinkle fries and I'll just tell u . I COULD OF BROKE A WINDOW OUT OF S CAR BECAUSE THEY WERE SO HARD .I COULDN'T EAT THEM .NOT ONE FRY WAS EATABLE .I END UP HAVING A TOOTH ACHE ALL NIGHT. BUT THE SANDWICH WAS AWESOME I HAD TO FIGHT MY YORKIE TO EAT IT LOL

Restaurant was clean. Service was very quick. Fries were not hot when we got them and were mostly the small pieces. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

It's Arby's I feel they are all the same but this manager was kind, offered us the special $7 double beef meals which we were unaware of. Food came out fast and the place was clean and peaceful.

Ordered a plain sandwich, had everything on it didn't know till I was already on my way back to work, but the person handing the food out of the window was rude on top of it. Not able to get orders right and bad customer service on top of that will be my last visit there almost 20 dollars for that kind of service is ridiculous
I'm a daily customer. Never has a fast food restaurant gotten to know me by name, my order, and treated me with such hospitality. The management down to the sandwich assembly guys are whole heartedly good people. 10/10 store will continue to go everyday for lunch.

Worst experience I have ever had at an Arby's. Curly fries were rock hard they looked like they were cooked twice( we had five orders). All orders were the same. Cashier was not friendly at all, almost as we were bothing her. Will not get my business ever again!
