I have been sick for 4 days and nothing I've eaten has stayed down so I go through drive through last night 2/23/24 around 9:45pm ordered a whopper cheese with small fry it was late so I fully expected a little poor quality but as long as it wasn't to bad I'm cool but what I got has made me so livid I didn't sleep all night. The burger wasn't a whopper cheese it's was 2 patties with bacon and cheese sauce no idea what that is but I ate it anyway it wasn't bad I still prefer what I ordered but it is what it is. The Fry's were so far beyond nasty I can't accurately describe it. I used to be the AGM in this store so I'm gonna do my best because I know exactly where the fries they gave me came from, think about frying the fries turning off the overhead heat light turning the fryer off and leaving the fries in the basket with no heat or light source anywhere near them for at least an hour maybe longer I'm going with longer. That's what they gave me for the $9 I paid for that food. I almost puked when I bit into one of them I had to trash em like they should've done long before I got there but decided to hand em out the window to a customer instead. this is not just negligence it's a blatant willful violation of food safety protocol they're gonna make somebody very sick and I'm still livid right now but they're refusing to answer the phone been trying since last night to get through. this post is not gonna be my only reaction I have phone calls to be made next week this has to stop and I'm gonna be proud to be the one to stop it!
