I eat here often since I visit the dentist nearby sometimes. This is the best location I have ever eaten at, hands down. The food is absolutely amazing, always fresh and hot!!! 10/10 recommend! The service is always great as well, everyone is so friendly. 🩷

Compared to other places in Hazard, this place was great and may be the only place with good-tasting food in hazard. Got the lunch deal, which was great value!
The ultimate sampler is amazing. I get one alfredo and three lasagnas in mine. The bread sticks are great, too. I love this Fazoli's. It takes me about 40 minutes to drive to it, but it's so worth it. Don't forget the cheesecake.

We had to wait on our food. We only received breadsticks with the order and no more were served. But we had an employee being overly helpful wanting to get our dishes! Ruined our conversations and basically we all got up and left. We love this chain however, As a former restaurant owner, I feel safe in saying this location has management problems.

Cashier could have been a little more friendly and welcoming, the server was great, nice smile and friendly, food is excellent, atmosphere, it's a small area attached to a gas station like you'd see off a highway while traveling, so that held us off from trying it but glad we did.
