I loveeeeee the girl nevaeh, she’s an absolute amazing drive thru a front counter worker, I love when she brightens my day up even when she’s in a rush!! I appreciate her but the chicken can be cooked better an don’t be on no bs.

I participated in Tender Tuesday here today at 4:50pm and I just have to say that the 6 tender I received were absolutely awful. Each bite is overcooked, there's no spice seasoning whatsoever, and even taste stale and dry instead of fresh. I requested 1 ranch and 1 BBQ as well and instead received 4 ranch and no BBQ.

Avoid at all costs. I know there isn't much to eat around this area but make your way a little further east, there are so much better options and you don't have to experience the absolutely dismal service and food of this Hardees. I genuinely can't understand how their franchise hasn't been pulled. Corporate desperately needs to secret shop this location. The woman at the desk was so rude and disrespectful. The food was awful. My chicken sandwich was burnt to a crisp. The buns were also burnt so bad that they were literally black.

I follow a low-carb diet and it was a challenge to get someone to understand that all I wanted was meat and cheese. Nothing else
Waited in drive for 10 min never got waited on came in cashier was rude

Annoying. Couldn’t order without “is that it”. Wouldn’t give anyone the time to order. Very rude of them if ask me! Workers weren’t friendly at all. Took forever to get our food which wasn’t hot. Other than that food was decent

Me, my mom and my husband stopped at Hazard Ky Hardee's to eat for lunch. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious especially the hot dogs, they was so yummy 😋 We will be back
