I ordered from papa John’s today and when I went to pick my order up I saw a man who had tobacco in his mouth spitting in a trash can I don’t think you are supposed to have tobacco in your mouth while you are at work cooking

Pizza was over 30 minutes late. No one would answer the phone at the store. No way to get a refund or discount for the inconvenience. Not sure who we can contact to report this.

It took 2 and a half hours to receive my $60 order and when it got here it was cold. I called back to let them know my food was cold and I was offered to have my entire order replaced at a later date. I call back to have my order remade and sent back out to me around a week later and was told it was my fault that the driver took so long, completely disrespected, horrible customer service and food quality. My order was sent back WRONG with two of the four items I was supposed to receive missing. Will not ever order from here again.

Owners: Shut it down if you cannot operate a business! Disgrace to the community working short staffed, stressed out employees and resulting in sloppy food. Also, clean up the waiting room if your customers are to wait long hours after their preorder hours before time.

Ordered at 8:45…pizza arrived at 10:11… dough was undercooked…food cold… and driver appeared intoxicated on something… very non chalant about being late… no apologies nothing… I won’t do it again!! This gives the entire brand a bad vibe not just this store!

The pizza ? had very little of the toppings I ordered and little sauce. Dry pizza ? ost just pizza dough. Won't be ordering anything else from them.

A++ customer service at this location today! I didn’t catch the young woman’s name but she helped my elderly father out to his truck with a very large order today. 8/11/23 around 2:15pm. You don’t see this very often anymore . Very nice person to top it all thank you so much
