Ordered at 8:45…pizza arrived at 10:11… dough was undercooked…food cold… and driver appeared intoxicated on something… very non chalant about being late… no apologies nothing… I won’t do it again!! This gives the entire brand a bad vibe not just this store!

A++ customer service at this location today! I didn’t catch the young woman’s name but she helped my elderly father out to his truck with a very large order today. 8/11/23 around 2:15pm. You don’t see this very often anymore . Very nice person to top it all thank you so much

Always been a fan of papa johns and is still one of my favorites they say no one out pizzas the hut but they are wrongYou cant wrong with this place.
I called twice about my delivery order. Was told both times, "the driver just left. We only have one." (Which, meant they say that to everyone instead of checking). And it didn't arrive in time, over 35 minutes late when I had to leave and cancel. I placed the order in advance and exspected a little tardiness. But I had to go back to work hungry. Which makes me very unhappy. Just order pizza hut instead.

Said didn’t have my order then tried to reorder said they couldn’t give me pizzas for that price when it’s on tv and on web page talked to manager he was so rude said go ahead call corporate they won’t do anything good luck with that then got phone call two hrs later stating they had order for me since 5 pm I said already talked to manager he was rude and as far as I’m concerned will not eat there again

I don’t even understand why we have a Papa John’s. They haven’t answered the phone in a year (and when they do they hang up on you), and you can’t place an order online. It’s just pretty much a waste of time even trying to order.

Gave my order to someone else that I already paid for after waiting 50 minutes! Then they said they would have to make it again. This is my last time ordering from papa johns in Hazard. Management needs to be replaced if this is how a restaurant is ran. Absolutely pathetic.
