Joke. Turned us away for lunch buffet at 12:50. They said it was over. We left and went to Hot Rods Pizza and got a BETTER buffet there!!....plus Hot Rods serves lunch buffet until 2!!!!! Goodbye corporate pizza!

I get food delivered to my apartment all the time. I did an order on the app and accidentally pressed carry out and didn’t realize it until 30 minutes after it was done and I don’t have a vehicle. I called them and asked them if they can deliver it. They told me they could not deliver it after 30 minutes of it sitting at the restaurant so the manager told me she would cancel the order and the money would go back on my card which she did and the money instantly went back on my card. I appreciate these people a lot and their honesty. I instantly ordered more pizza and got it delivered and gave them a bigger tip appreciate you guys. will keep coming here.

We had to wait over a hour in the drive Thur for food we ordered online and by time we got it it was already cold very disappointed

We have always been Pizza Hut fans , but today We were slighted a order trying to call to check on it , I called several times & when they did pick up the phone , they either hung or left you on hold for a long time & could hear them talking in the background , if they are that busy maybe they need new management or more workers . Hazard Pizza Hut .

After asking to make sure our complete order was there we got home to realize that they had not gave us all of our food and after calling multiple times hazard pizza hut had hung up on us after answering and leaving the phone on for multiple minutes without speaking one word to us.
