I recently had lunch from Rudy's Bakery, and I was not dissapointed. They change the lunch specials each day. That day, they were serving White Vegetable Lasagna, a bacon blue cheese wegde salad, a garlic breadstick. I added a wedding cake cupcake as well. All of this was less than $9! It's great to have access to delicious local food at a reasonable price in Hazard, Kentucky. I can't wait to visit this business again!

Ate at Rudy’s for lunch today and the apple butter Turkey melt was AMAZING!!!! Further, the pasta salad you get as a side was so fresh and flavorful all for a great price. Highly recommend going here if you get a chance.
