Usually things I order here can be a hit or miss. Past few days my drinks were spot on with the addiitional shots I do but 1lonce or twice, some drinks they served are just the regular once. I paid extra for the extra things I added but some times it's no worth it since they don't really apply it 😔

This is the absolute WORST STARBUCKS!! They charged me $17.88 for 2 Grande drinks and I ordered 3 espresso shots in one (after being charged for them they WERE NOT in my drink!!) The kids working in there were incredibly rude, I knew I was over charged and they were no help and would not accept that they were incorrect. Do not waste your time or money on this place!!

I really don't like Starbucks coffee, I don't put sugar cream or other crap in it, I went into Hazard Kentucky Starbucks to get a cup of coffee for a friend and they did not have coffee because they were under a boil water alert.
News flash there is such thing called bottled water. Which I went to Hazard coffee company and they had coffee and offered to pay for it. Because I was with the Red Cross
I will only go to Starbucks if it's the only option

I’ll give 2 stars since they managed to get the 1 drink ordered right this time. They were rude enough I felt me stating that as I was leaving wasn’t enough. Not surprised to see so many bad reviews. As others have said they could care less about their job. The receipt says Amy. She wasn’t terribly rude just lacks common courtesy. The young fella with glasses is just rude. Is this how their trained to be snobby / flat out rude? Customer service plays a big role in this type of work. Go get a job elsewhere if you hate the people that much. They could both use a training in common courtesy but the boy working with Amy on 10/22/24 morning shift seriously needs to consider other lines of work as he is simply not cut out for anything public facing. We’ll go to McDonalds next time just to be on the safe side. & incase mgmt / workers are unaware thanks and your welcome go a LONG way even when you have a piss poor attitude.

THIS STARBUCKS IS ABOUSTLE DISGUSTING!!!! THE BIG BOY WHO TOOK MY ORDER STARTED CUSSING AT ME LIKE A MANIAC PLUS MY TINDER DATE WAS SUPPOSED TO MEET ME HERE AND HE STOOD ME UP AND SAID I STUNK! We were driving through and decided to stop—boy, big mistake. The girl who took our order very much acted like she could care less, AND, had chewing tobacco in her lip! Staff was rude, whispered to each other; even cursing. All of our drinks were wrong, too. All around, a shame.
