Service used to be amazing never had to worry about a wait busy or not. Now the past 3 4 times I've had to wait up to 30 mins until someone came and asked for my order. And today when I came in I had to get up and tell them I'm ready. I under stand people can be busy however I've watched 3 people today walk out because they didn't get help. There elders but still. Cmon steaknshake do better. Hire the people I know back
Everything was good but a very LONG wait in the Drive thru. However it's a Saturday night. So I guess that's to be expected. The girl at the window was very friendly and nice.
