Absolutely horrible place we waited over 20 minutes for our food and it was cold. Trash all over the kitchen area floor if we wouldn’t have already paid and was super hungry from traveling all day we wouldn’t have left I wish I could have gave given this place a zero star because of how nasty it was.., GET IT TOGETHER TACOBELL this store shows why tacobell is one of the worst places to eat at!!!

3 times in a row, store messed up with something. The last time, food was just downright horrible. Food seemed old enough to vote and buy liquor.

Vegetarian options: There is great fries and things available
Parking: Parking is always great there and close to door parking
Kid-friendliness: They have outside tables and it makes it easier if u have a family of 5 to 10
Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah easy wheel chair acess was available. Even employee holds door open for the handicapped
When we first pulled up to order our food the guy that took our order was rushing us to order. Then when we got our Cinnabons they were frozen in the middle. We went back through the drive through to see if they would replace them and I heard the lady that was there yelling about us. Another guy came to the window and preceed to have him an attitude. They didn't offer to even cook the cinnabons more or even refund our money. Someone needs to clean up some attitudes on nightshift at the taco bell in Hazard, ky close to Tractor supply. I used to be a regular customer at this place but after tonight not again..

My kids and I were traveling and we honestly just needed to stop and use the potty. This place was clean and smelled nice. I usually judge a restaurant by it's bathroom and this one was really clean. (I totally love taco bell, I just didn't get food this time-but I wanted to. Haha)
