When we first pulled up to order our food the guy that took our order was rushing us to order. Then when we got our Cinnabons they were frozen in the middle. We went back through the drive through to see if they would replace them and I heard the lady that was there yelling about us. Another guy came to the window and preceed to have him an attitude. They didn't offer to even cook the cinnabons more or even refund our money. Someone needs to clean up some attitudes on nightshift at the taco bell in Hazard, ky close to Tractor supply. I used to be a regular customer at this place but after tonight not again..

My kids and I were traveling and we honestly just needed to stop and use the potty. This place was clean and smelled nice. I usually judge a restaurant by it's bathroom and this one was really clean. (I totally love taco bell, I just didn't get food this time-but I wanted to. Haha)

Recently I've had much a much better experience at this location. But, in the past I've had issues with order accuracy. If you visit during off peak times the quality seems to be much more consistent.

This is by far the dirtiest taco bell I believe I have ever seen. The floors had Garbage and food everywhere and the trash running out in the floor I mean even the sandwich line was filthy I didnt even want my food after I seen how bad it was . The workers took so long to wait on me I was about to leave .
Immediately I noticed the amount of trash and food bits scattered on the tables obviously not being cleaned, food was ok but the taco meat was colder than the sour cream I ordered, women's bathrooms were disgusting (according to another person I was with), men's bathrooms were alright. Staff were arguing in the back which didn't help a bit. I would much rather go to the other Taco Bell across town.
