Came through the drivethrough with my mother an hour ago, waited about 6 mins at the window after adding on my steak supreme burrito that was supposed to already be on the order as we had told the nice lady on headset, proceeded to charge us for said supreme steak burrito and then after waiting the full time on our food we get home only to discover that we had received a bean burrito, no tomatoes or anything on it. Very disappointed and sad honestly, I work in fast food and I know it’s hard but please double check what you are doing. My mother had an awful 12 hour shift at work and didn’t have the time to come back through and ask them to fix it. We live 30 minutes away from this location so it was out of the way, I’m not angry, just disappointed. Thank you for taking the time to read this, you all have a good day.

The food is great, but the people are terrible. I have had several bad experiences at this particular taco bell. The people at the window are always rude. I am a person who has worked food service so I am always patient and nice to the workers, but for some reason they see us as their punching bag. There is no reason to be mean to someone who is nice to you.

I've only had one bad experience at this particular Bell out of the many times I've been there. I always choose this location if at all possible my food is always right temp & it never looks thrown together quickly or skimpy on the portions and its never burnt, or hard as if it's been reheated a hundred times, always fresh. GREAT JOB GUYS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! 🙂

The most perfectly rolled/proportioned burrito I have ever gotten at a Taco Bell anywhere. Great vibe from the staff. Professional and friendly. You can tell these guys enjoy working together and take pride in what they do. Good job! 👍

Trash. 20 dollars for two tacos and a drink got chicken instead of beef and was hardly any meat on it literally but if you wanna overpay for cheese and taco shells this is the place to come.
Placed my order on kiosk. Waited around 15 min. I finally told them I had placed a order. They had no idea. After making them aware of it.. I continued to wait a additional 15-20 min. Still no food. They had told me they gave my food to another customer. So long lunch break. Offered me free food but my temper had the best of me. Got a refund. Train your employees!!

Tastes much better than an over-the-counter colon cleanse but gets the same results! 10/10!
We tried to feed a soccer team here, and they locked the doors and wouldn't serve us. It was 9:50 pm, but we planned to order food to go. Hours were posted that they were open. Thankfully, the neighboring Burger King let them order at the window.
