Our Wendy's is closed for remodeling so we make trip hazard I was excited to get one the new frosty I'd been wanting so bad . It's 45 minute drive from where Iive to hazard. At 1st they wasn't even going hand me frosty out the window we had get their attention and when we did they ended up giving me totally different one then what I had ordered . The chili was kinda so spicy you couldn't hardly eat it with 2 little packs crackers with a large chili . Just make sure your order is right if you make a trip.

We asked to have our nuggets dropped fresh cause they was for our babies well when we get to the window they hand us our food and tell us it just come up they had been really busy when I get them out they looked like they had been soled in grease u could squeeze the grease out of them. We told them we had plenty of time to wait and yet u still serve that to someone after they tell u it's for their babies?? Be better do better or quit ur damn job

I used the drive-thru, Wendy’s on commerce drive hazard Ky. Purchased burgers, fries and drinks. Ordered four oatmeal cookie bars, to bring home. All four were burned black. If Billy King sees this review I’m sure someone will be getting lessons in customer service. THE ONLY REASON FOR ONE STAR , i can’t do minus stars!

This place is always clean, has nice service, and good hot ready food
It's the only thing still open when I take lunch so I always have to eat nothing or eat a cold burger and nuggets. It's super cold tonight. And they only put a drop of ketchup and mustard on the burgers like their entire profit is based on ketchup and mustard use. Ridiculous. Worst wendys I've ever had the displeasure of visiting.
