I went in today to get a coffee and I braved it and brought my 3 year old and 10 month old. It ended up being a hot mess express with bringing my kids for many reasons but the barista Samantha was so sweet, helpful and patient the whole time. Right after I got my coffee my baby spilled all of it everywhere and she stopped what she was doing immediately to clean it up and then got me another free drink despite me telling her not to and despite it being pretty busy. I felt horrible...

Best coffee. Period. Fast service. Their coffee is for people who actually enjoy coffee. Blows everyone (specifically Starbucks and Duncan) out of the water. Every other coffee joint should be worried when a bigby opens close by.

I feel like the coffee drinks at other Biggby Coffee joints taste better than this Biggby. Also, too sunny to sit inside and enjoy your drink in the mornings. Not the most aesthetically pleasing interior. Service and staff are stellar!
