Great experience tonight at JJ's in Hebron. I stopped a little before closing and I could tell the staff and manager was having a rough evening BUT they treated us with great respect and our sandwiches were excellent. They didn't let whatever frustrated them to affect us and I GREATLY appreciate that. Great customer service and great food 5 ⭐
My visit was awesome. Thanks for the food!! All smiles.

at the drive thru today was super patient and helpful. She even showed us how to activate some of our rewards. She is excellent at putting customers first and at providing exceptional customer service. I do miss Jimmy John’s being super fast but that’s at all Jimmy’s.
