Current staff is rude and useless. Ordered 12 sandwiches was told they don't like big orders. They took other orders around mine. Apparently they are not Freaky Fast as they like to advertise. Staff should be fired and owner should sell. Will no longer get my business and will recommend others go elsewhere as

ordered the roast beef. had 2 THIN slices of roast beef. not even close to the picture advertised. the sub was mostly bread. it should be called a bread sandwich with a little roast beef. very disappointed.

I ordered the club lulu - where is the meat? It’s like this was done on purpose bc it was my free sandwich reward. No way someone would see this and be like “yup this is all they want”
I just walked out of there and saw something I've never seen at a restaurant in my life. Out of six young people behind the counter chit-chatting with each other while waiting for something to do, three of them were sitting on a counter, a food service counter. One was sitting on the counter next to the straws. This is where your sandwich will sit just before it's given to you. Another was seated on the drive through window counter. I don't know about you but I'm not confident trusting that these young guys wipe themselves well enough to not seep through the sweats they're wearing onto that food surface. And even if they have, what other bacteria have they picked up before then introducing it to that food surface. No thanks.

This location isn't Kentucky where we go to pick up our cigarettes at a cheaper price than Ohio has them so we stop here quite often to pick up a good sandwich. The quality of the selections are awesome. The staff is always friendly and inside is always clean. I do wish they would have some swiss cheese though just saying. Other than that like I said we go there often so I love the place. Most people don't carry cash anymore and use our debit cards. I wish there was an option to put the tip but there is not so make sure you bring cash for a tipParking: It's a nice small strip mall but there's parking right in front and a small parking lot.

They are too slow. If you order, prepare to wait 45 minutes up to over an hour. I ordered right when the store opened, and live just 10 minutes from it. They still can't get it delivered.

I agree with Crissy Grandstaff's review.This location has never been great, but lately it has really gone down hill. The younger people working here couldn't care less. Orders are filled incorrectly, and the staff are rude, with the exception of a couple of workers.I won't be returning.
