I just picked up 2 bowls there, both chicken. The flavor of the chicken is very different from usual. I called to ask about it and got channeled to an overseas call center EVENTUALLY through an automated menu with no option to talk to someone at Chipoltle. This is very frustrating. They also would not even take any feedback without me disclosing a lot of personal information for "security reasons", which is ludicrous. They didn't want to help the customer at all.
