I just ordered online...drove there to pick up my order...just for someone to tell me they close at 4pm on Sundays..when online it's says they close at 8pm and that was updated 6 days ago..hope I get my money back

Went to drive thru in the middle of the afternoon. Nobody would respond. I drove by the window and the dude working was just chilling on his phone. Kinda crazy honestly because that location is never busy.

Stopped by at 5 pm to get some dinner. Door was locked. Worker inside behind register yelled, "We're closed." Called back at 8 pm. No answer. Sign on door said they were open 10:30 am- 9 pm. So.... yeah.

Worst meal to date, before I left I even said "hey what is this? I want normal chicken not these little crumb pieces" they weren't rude but didn't refund just added more little crumb chicken pieces. literally cant eat it its all breading, she said "sometimes the bottom of the barrel chicken is small thats why I put more in there" that's an understatement. Not going back and my shift would normally eat there once a week. save yourself the frustration go somewhere else.

I drove almost 25 minutes for this Guthrie's, double checked the hours just to arrive and it be completely closed. No signs no anything, just no one there. Theres been a number of people walking up to the door just for it to not be open.
Drove here from Indiana just to find it closed after saying their open, thanks for wasting my time and gas. Guess I'll go to Canes.

Ever since the lockdowns 3 years ago, this restaurant is nearly never open and works on their own hours. The owners pick and choose when they open and close, and varies from day to day. Do not waste your time reading their hours online, because more often than not they’ll be “closed early” regardless. Food quality now is very poor compared to when they first opened, and the management has zero regard for their customer base. Take your money to Raising Cane’s if you’re in the mood for a Raising Cane’s knockoff.

Wow!!! Haven't been to Guthrie's in YEARS since I lived in Alabaster, Alabama, and boy, oh boy, did it not disappoint!!! The chicken was crispy, the toast was buttered and toasted to perfection, the Guthrie's sauce and BBQ sauce PERFECT and the fries oh my! It made my inner fluffy very happy!....it was my daughter and neice 1st time going and at 1st sight she compared it to Canes and Zaxbys but once she took her 1st bite she was like oh ok this is BETTER than Canes!!!! I will definitely be stopping in often after or even before my airport runs! OH and they played a great mix of 90s music and videos on the TV. (We ordered the snack, add toast and sweet tea. Total was roughly around $33 for the 3 of us)
