I enjoyed the food here as the chicken was soft but on the drier side. texas toast good but not a lot of seasoning. Coleslaw was good and fries on the thicker side a little soft/soggy. Special sauce was excellent!Apparently, Guthrie's opened in 1965 and Cane's in 1996. Not wanting to compare but a lot of similarities. My first time dining at Guthrie's and I will admit, I did enjoy the food but prefer Cane's on every aspect of "The Box" items.
Good food and good sauce. I would recommend if you are a chicken finger fan. I've been to several chicken finger places and they all have their unique recipes and flavors. But very good meal. I ordered the snack.

Wow!!! Haven't been to Guthrie's in YEARS since I lived in Alabaster, Alabama, and boy, oh boy, did it not disappoint!!! The chicken was crispy, the toast was buttered and toasted to perfection, the Guthrie's sauce and BBQ sauce PERFECT and the fries oh my!
