Everyone was very friendly, we didn't have to wait to be seated & they immediately took our order. My only issue was how loud the TV's in the bar area were. Not a big deal normally, but the amount of people & then the TV's being so loud it was sort of overwhelming.

Took over an hour to get our food. The kitchen was backed up which means they should’ve put people on a wait. The one manager was very disrespectful. Then a manager named Ashley came in for shift and got us taken care of and was very polite… I still do not agree with the way they were running the place today. 1/19/25

Our server was obviously having a bad night, we had to wait a while for refill on drinks untill I seen another waiter walk by and asked him for more.. my steak was not cooked right. And to top it off when I took my friends daughter to the bathroom I look down and see a syringe lid by the toilet. Obviously a sign of drug abuse. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable and I will never go back to this location.

We had some bumps in the road but management handled issues exceptionally. Give that young lady a raise.
2/3 people at our table ordered mushrooms and chicken and 2/3 people GOT BADLY SICK! . The table was extremely sticky, the place had an off smell maybe the carpets haven't been shampooed in a long time. The waitress was great though very sweet.

Went for lunch before it got busy with a girlfriend. The waitress let us know she was new and she would be trying hard. She did wonderful. The food came out pretty quick and it tasted good.
Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu
Wheelchair accessibility: I was on crutches and I had no problem. It was all on the ground.

I wish I could remember the lady who served us. She was very sweet. She was very interactive with us, made sure to offer dessert, we never had to ask for a refill. She made the experience very pleasant. My only complaint is the Alfredo can be a bit dry sometimes.

Our server was slow and kept forgetting drinks. We were overcharged $17 and it took 20 minutes to correct the bill. We were the only ones in the section and employees rolling silverware were complaining loudly about their jobs. There were spit wads all over the ceiling in our section. Two meals came with fries and it looked like someone had eaten off the plates. Worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been to.

The steak was not cooked right and it was immediately taken an fixed! The manager came to our table and spoke with us and said the whole thing was gonna be made over. An admitted that the steak was cooked wrong. Absolutely amazing staff. Handled the situation perfectly. Waitress was amazing also. Will be back!
