The food was good, but the register guy. It was so weird that it made me frustrated that the people who wrapped my sliders did a horrible job. There were cheese on my paper you should hire older people, not teenagers.

So i wanted a banana shake at 12am rallys was out of banana shake and every other place that had bananas as an option was closed so I went to Arby's to get food and I just kept joking about adding a banana shake well Doris the manager on third shift told me to bring back bananas I assume jokingly but I took it serious I went and got bananas come back through and she made me the best banana shake I've ever had she needs a raise

Driving thru we stopped about 9 pm. Drive thru, ate in parking lot. Been seeing commercials all week on tv gyro meal $7 . They said no it was not. Ordered just the gyro and a water. We also ordered a Ruben and fries with lemonade. Staff not friendly. Sandwiches both cold. Lemonade undrinkable. Mostly water with a hint of lemon maybe. Tasted very bad. With both drinks they did not give us straws. Wasn't a $21 dollar experience at this arbys. Keep on driving when you see it don't waste your money.

Stopped by Arby’s late at night and had an awesome experience, all thanks to Doris! She was working the drive-thru and absolutely crushed it—super friendly, patient, and made us feel genuinely welcome even at the end of a long day. We were starving, and the food was exactly what we needed—hot, fresh, and with good portions. Doris really took care of us and made the whole experience feel personal, not rushed. Big shoutout to her for the great service!

The Gambler

I don't know about you all in Henderson but I'm getting real tired of false advertisement or people who just don't care. I pulled up to the drive-thru at Arby's on Sunday night or Monday morning at midnight. They stated they are open till 3:00 a.m. . There was a man inside mopping but no one would take my order at the drive-thru and basically ignored me and I don't appreciate it. Yet every time I go over to Rally's which it was my second choice they are there and ready to take your order and get you through quick and painless. Why is Arby's turned into a restaurant or a business that just don't care about their customers. Close the dang place and save us all the trouble for wasting our time driving through the parking lot if you're going to continue to falsely advertise or hire people that are going to do their job. Good grief!

When we arrived in the lobby to order our food, the manager told us that we would have to go outside to order in the drive through because she was closing to the dining room. she also told us it would likely be a long time before we got our food. before we could even think about getting into the drive through a bunch of cars raced into the parking lot, almost ran us over and got into line before us. Now we're eating at the mcdonald's next door.
