This is for sure the worst ARBY/fast food place i have ever seen or had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting. I was in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. Get to the window and some young kid was speaking some urban language I could barely make out. Then he disappeared the manager and another employee were wandering around trying to not have to do any work. The place was gross just looking in from the drive thru. There was trash and fries all over the floor but what caught my attention was a big box of milk bones for dogs. Needless to say I tossed the food in the trash. Do yourself a favor avoid this ARBYS AT ALL COSTS OR GET A VACCINE BEFORE YOU VISIT THIS LOCATION. FAIR WARNING. DISGUSTING....!!!

Truth is we have been stopping here for the past few years as we travel once a week. Today and our last few times have been pretty disappointing. Jamoca shakes were not good tasted like vanilla shake,no whip cream the drink machine was still broken after weeks. Last time we stopped they served us cold fries, and when we told them we would like some hot fries and we waited and waited finally my husband went back to the counter the person acted like he didn't understand we would like hot food. They used to always have good food, clean dining room but something isn't right. Very disappointed. Get it together, we will try it again bc it was always good at a fair price.

The food was cold, mozzarella sticks were like rubber, the fries were way too salty and my roast beef wasn’t shaved the just threw an end piece on the buns. Then I didn’t get my bronco sauce for my cold jalpeno poppers. Very disgusted with them.

So i wanted a banana shake at 12am rallys was out of banana shake and every other place that had bananas as an option was closed so I went to Arby's to get food and I just kept joking about adding a banana shake well Doris the manager on third shift told me to bring back bananas I assume jokingly but I took it serious I went and got bananas come back through and she made me the best banana shake I've ever had she needs a raise
