I never go inside. So I'm not sure how it looks, or how service is inside. Drive thru is usually quick, food is usually hot and ready. I've only had one time here where I felt the beef and cheddar I got wasn't hot, or much warm. Prices are fine, drive through service went well, and usually does.
I remember when the big beef n cheddar was so big that you could barely eat it in one sitting. It still taste great but the serving amount that are put on the sandwiches now are like 1/3 of what it used to be. How do you justify raising the price of something but lowering the quantity of food product. ? Not worth the money anymore.....

Arby’s food is great and usually service is good but tonight I asked for plenty of sauce and got none. Did not realize until I got home and it was snowing and sleeting so I wasn’t going back.

They did great for fast food. We definitely like the atmosphere better at Arby's then we did across the street at Burger King a couple of nights ago. Burger King took their TV out of the dining room and it doesn't feel as welcoming there. I feel like the staff was a little better trained at Arby's as well.
Our roast beef sandwiches were the best I ever had. The employees were very friendly.
