again was not given my full order..live 29 miles away so thanks..was only 2 deviled crab ,they didnt put any shrimp ..i orderd the seafood family feast ..and on top of that i ordered the lobster rolls and fries for 5.99 didnt get that either..it was 220 pm on a tuesday..noone in front no one evervbehind me.thanks captain d's ..u suck ..never again.u really do suck..and dont anyone think they give a damn..they always respond with a computer generated response but never do crap. captain d's in henderson kentucky is nasty and will rip u off and not give u a complete order..place sucks

Went through drive thru and ordered a 4 piece fish meal with okra and Cole slaw and small diet Pepsi and a 4 piece chicken tenders with fries and slaw and a medium Pepsi. The girl taken the order asked if we would like to purchase a 5 piece butterfly shrimp for 1.99. We were the only ones in line waited in drive thru for 20 minutes we got are food our mistake was not checking food before we left but had kids in the car and they were getting antsy. We got home and opened the bag one container had fries and 4 fish the other was just chicken tenders. We had 2 separate containers of cole slaw. In bag also. There was no butterfly shrimp or hush puppies with our meals. I called and asked for the manager and the lady on the phone said she would have to take a message because he was busy. I proceeded to tell her what was wrong with the meals and she said in a hateful voice so all your missing is the hushpuppies. I said no I am missing the shrimp to she said just give me your name and I hung up because she was so rude. I won't be back I will travel to Evansville to get my grandmother's weekly fish dinners from Captain D's. I am very disappointed and spent 32.00 on food that I didn't even get all of.

The workers are excellent and the food is decent I just wish the management or whoever is the hire up would care about the place the cashier had to constantly apologize to people for things not working especially the drive thru I noticed as I was sitting and eating they would say sorry the headset doesn't work which seems like it just slowed everything down with is very inconvenient and probably embarrassing for the cashier knowing they can't fix it because the uppers dont seems to care also the place looks old the booths have rips and hole and the soda machine smells like the pipes are bad :/

I went through drivethruand the young lady was all you could ask for in people skills. She was very courteous and made sure my order was correct. She offered me condiments and made sure my meal was cooked fresh. When I say the fish and chicken were hot, fresh and tasted good... I mean it! I always get great service whenever I go inside or through drivethru.

Great food, customer service is better than Evansville or Owensboro, the restaurant is always clean.
Parking: The parking lot is free, plus they seem to keep their parking lot clean even with being so close to the road and a motel. You don't see trash just laying around.
Kid-friendliness: They have a real heart for kids. I've see them at holiday's have extra toys just to pass out to them. They have a kids menu, and kids activity books.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a handicapped curb. If they see you need help getting in they will help someone open doors, the policy they say in this store is if you eat in is they will bring your food to you just so someone who really needs help doesn't feel uncomfortable by being shown extra attention when others are not. If it's to busy it may not happen though. Understandable.
