They took care of Thanksgiving dinner for me with ham,baked beans, Mac and cheese. Sometimes my family can be a bit picky but this food was a big hit. Not a doubt that we will use Chef What again. Do t hesitate to try them out. You will love it

Today I ran in at the last second and caught the owner leaving. He didn’t leave he made me a Mac n cheese. With the Same quality as always. Very grateful to them for taking care of me. Next time I’ll be sure to come well before two pm. lol thanks yall.

We eat the double cheeseburger dressed ( ketchup, pickle,mustard and chunks of onion many times per week.
We are totally hooked on a slab of baby back ribs every Saturday(except first Saturday of every month because they are closed)
It has become a ritual for us eating those awesome ribs.
Josh is a FOR REAL CHEF and we give him 5 Stars.

If you love pulled pork and ribs and smoked mac and cheese and you haven’t had ChefWhat yet your missing out. This is the BEST BBQ in Henderson and Evansville and Owensboro. I won’t eat bbq from anywhere else, especially the pulled pork. Its juice, fresh, the best around. Smoked mac is killer good to. They even have there own sauce and I buy it by the bottle. Its the only sauce we use since trying it. Il be eating here several times a week.
We were passing through town and decided to try this place. What a gem! Service was fast and friendly, and the food is out of this world! So much better than a fast food restaurant when you're on the road! I had the pulled pork over mac and cheese and my husband had the barbecue pork sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious!
