sometimes the waiters are slow and they take the wrong order.They are always great in the gift shop Sometimes the waiters are new ,so mistakes are made. No one is perfect especially when people are breathing down your neck waiting for you to do something wrong. Cracker Barrel has always been a great place to eat in my opinion.
I took my friend to CB for lunch for her 80th Birthday on Sept 4, 25. Server was nice, I paid for our lunch while my friend was picking out a pair of earrings. I noticed that my ticket had a "Kids Veggie plate for $5.49 on it, we only had 2 bowls of soup & 1 take home meal. I turned back to the cashier and showed her, she had to call a manager.

Another great broccoli cheddar chicken night with Mom. Delicious as always. Johnna was a great server….super friendly and efficient!
