Food was cold, service was terrible! I normally tip 40% on a bill that’s 20 bucks!! Only 10% this time!! Server was terrible!! Won’t be back!! Can’t say I didnt try!!

Lily was the best host that I’ve seen in quite a while, she told me about all of the specials that were going on and made sure we had everything we needed before our server greeted us.

Blaze kept great care of us ! She kept our drinks filled and the hospitality was amazing I felt so comfortable! This kind of service makes me want to keep coming !

sometimes the waiters are slow and they take the wrong order.They are always great in the gift shop Sometimes the waiters are new ,so mistakes are made. No one is perfect especially when people are breathing down your neck waiting for you to do something wrong. Cracker Barrel has always been a great place to eat in my opinion.

I took my friend to CB for lunch for her 80th Birthday on Sept 4, 25. Server was nice, I paid for our lunch while my friend was picking out a pair of earrings. I noticed that my ticket had a "Kids Veggie plate for $5.49 on it, we only had 2 bowls of soup & 1 take home meal. I turned back to the cashier and showed her, she had to call a manager. this man in blue jeans/t-shirt came to the check-out. while the cashier & myself tried to explain the ticket, he said they told their servers to charge like that, that it saved the customer money. I said that makes no sense to me, but whatever. he then got a totally different attitude ask for my card I paid with, the cashier told him I paid cash. he says even better! he refunded the $5.49 for the "kids vegetable plate" and then told me to wait there and he would go get the ticket for the 2 soups/the correct price, he came back charged me $11.?? for the 2 soups. however, he did not refund me for the 2 soups I had already paid for that were $2.89 each. he definitely isn't manager material!!! this was in Henderson, Ky at CB. I wish I had pointed out we may be old/elderly but we aren't stupid!! will never eat at that CB again.

Another great broccoli cheddar chicken night with Mom. Delicious as always. Johnna was a great server….super friendly and efficient!

I got the Chicken fried Chicken and the chicken was hard n dry and barely any white gravy was given this is the second bad meal I've got at the Henderson Cracker Barrel n I won't be returning i could have gotten alot better meal at the Sonic next door!
It was also very cold in the restaurant too.

Was vary cold was told it was 60 degrees, also was told Manger finally turned off air conditioner but was afraid to turn on heat ,for fear of getting to hot ,also was told they were out off wood but when I left I saw some coverd not much but enough for a fire, most a a large percentage of customers are elderly, please do better .
