Best Dairy Queen I have ever been too. Food is always hot and fresh. Dallaina and Nicole are always super nice. The guy in the kitchen always comes out to help if need be. I love visiting with them every Saturday afternoon.

Worst dairy queen I ever Bern to. I've given it many chances but nvr again. They charged me 4 times foreign order once, Never gotten my order right, And if it was close it was disgusting, No matter what they mess up the ice cream every single time. Why does my oreo blizzard taste like mint After you said you fixed it? Most of the people are rude Like the managers and owner, they overcharge and never get a order correct. One more Messed up thing in Henderson.

Got a 4 pc chicken strip meal with an extra gravy and an order of pretzel sticks today in Henderson Kentucky. Gravy was like water and pretzels are over cooked and hard. UGH

The management and team members are attentive to all customer orders. Their first priority is maintaining excellent service to everyone who patronize the business. The food is delicious and prepared in a safe manner.
From the time the order is taken and preceeding forward to the meal pick-up window, the friendliness from each team member is shown with a cordial greeting. This is a resteraunt that believes in valuable customer service.

This isn’t the first time this has happened here with a blizzard but I ordered an Oreo/Mint blizzard. As I’m eating I noticed that the mint and Oreos are only sitting in the top half of blizzard literally all vanilla ice cream in the bottom half or more of this blizzard Disappointing to say the least with the price of everything that someone’s cares less about what you’re buying. Another 10 or 20 seconds gets it all mixed!

Recently visited this Dairy Queen after a while. Seems like new management is doing much better. My order came in less than 5 minutes which never came in the past for this dairy queen. And food was hot.
