This isn’t the first time this has happened here with a blizzard but I ordered an Oreo/Mint blizzard. As I’m eating I noticed that the mint and Oreos are only sitting in the top half of blizzard literally all vanilla ice cream in the bottom half or more of this blizzard Disappointing to say the least with the price of everything that someone’s cares less about what you’re buying. Another 10 or 20 seconds gets it all mixed!

I went through the drive thru at around 7pm on 3/2 order taker had an attitude and I had to wait 5 minutes for the drawer to be changed and an additional 10 just for my food. My food ended up being cold and nasty.

First of all my brother and his mom went over here and got sick and had to go to the doctor and the mom stayed there for 2 days like yall needa stuff together like and my brother his belly was hurting so bad like and he throw up like get it together!

Went in with my 6 yr old daughter tonight. Took our order and sat down. Then a indian girl comes from the back yelling and screaming at another employee. She was way out of line. Manager came over and apologized for that girl. I said they should fire her. Turns out it's the owners daughter. I guess entitlement has its perks. They are not going to have any staff at this rate.

Today I went through the drive through and there was someone newer at the register. I ordered a cheeseburger and a glass of water. I was charged for a mix and match 5 dollar deal they have. When I got to the window, I brought it up to their manager. The manager knew that I should not have been charged that way, but said the owner said they could not give refunds. What?!?!? I would have to be put in a "book" that I would get another cheeseburger. I was very respectful, and said that I do not want to be out in a book. It was obviously a mess up by the person at the register and I would like my money back. She said it is a hard no. Owners policy. Well, I think that is ridiculous. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Refusing a customer their money back when it was clearly a mess up by the employee? Even agreed upon by the manager. This is a place I will not be back to. Ever. And if you are worried about the same happening, I would not recommend going here to anyone else. I've covered a lot of restaurants as a Google Guide. This is something I have NEVER coke across before.

We were really impressed with the welcoming of the staff, friendliness, and the outstanding service. Must have been 15 - 20 people walk in within 15 mins. 4 of us were from outof state, just seen the DQ wanted some ice cream. We said this is going to take a bit with all the people, so that young lady took everyones order and as soon as we sat down they were calling us back up. I mean, they rocked that ice cream out. Thank you for a memorable experience

After seeing new management sign I gave it a try. Fast service great food. Lot of cake options. I got my food and blizzard very promptly. Drive thru lines moving faster than I have ever seen at this DQ. Seems like new owners are making it better.

Ordered ahead for curbside pickup, called when I arrived, only to be told that they were swamped and that I needed to come inside. My order was ready relatively quickly, but still a little frustrating.The men's restroom was about as disgusting as one could imagine. It honestly made me want to never return.

Don't stop here if your in a hurry. Plane on 10 to 30 plus minutes wait in the drive thru. They will not pull cars that are causing the long wait for food. Only 1 window serving all products. It sucks here.
