We waited 2 and a half hours for our food. We called 1 and a half hours in and they apologized and said it would be free. Then they called back and said because it wasn't paid for yet it wasn't free. So what about the inconvenience of waiting 2 and a half hours with hungry kids!! This is terrible customer service!!

I love the Domino’s is open until 2 AM. It makes it very convenient when all other pizza places are closed. I’ve never ordered thin crust from Domino’s before and I probably won again because it was a well over done for my taste.

Regular customer Placed an order yesterday costing around $50 and it looked like my 7 year old made it. Spinach feta bread was thin and folded up in the box, habanero bread was sloppy and barely cooked. Called the store to have those items remade and the manager was rude, didn't want to remake the sandwich like I was trying to get free food or something. Sent both items back with the delivery driver after food was remade. Manager needs a new job or customer service training. Taking my money to Papa John's

Although I love Henderson. Not much good food 🥴 here in my opinion. Of course I've eaten a lot of dominos pizza in other states. Whoever making these pizzas at this location puts a lot of care in them this is my 3 Rd pizza from here and they are very delicious!!! Better than most. I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza and it is so yummy 😋 thx. Please keep up the good work. So I have somewhere to go 😅

Messed up my first order so they offered a replacement.. fast forward got the replacement and ordered an additional item.. got there to pick it up and my additional item wasnt made.. arguing that I didn't order it and the tall skinny guy had an attitude problem so I showed them the recording from my cameras and they never once apologized for being wrong . And still yet the tall skinny guy cutting pizzas was continuing to be rude and slam things.. never again dominos ..

Just an alert for anyone reading this. This location was recently found to have an employee calling and stealing credit card numbers after inputting your order in online.
After ordering online the scammer will call your linked cell phone number and ask for your credit card information. Do Not give them your information. Domino’s will never call you to ask for your credit card information.
Just a word of warning to anyone ordering from here. If this situation is sorted out internally i would be glad to amend this review.
Got all the way to my place with the order. Couldn't and wouldn't accept the cash I had. With it being late had no where else to get food delivered. They should post the amount allowed. Especially when the food is always ice cold when it gets to you.

I love this location they make you feel apart of when going inside to pick up or to order friendly kind and respectful ( Henderson Kentucky)
It would be nice if my pizza was ready within the time frame they gave me in the app, but it’s a Friday night and I know that’s a crazy time to order a pizza. I wouldn’t leave a one star for that, BUT I watched a guy come out of the back on his cell phone, pocket it, and immediately touch my pizza with his bare hands. I’m not ignorant to what goes on in restaurant kitchens, but I’m always going to leave a one star when I see nasty stuff.
