Awful place to get your coffee.Never seen dunkin like this before. Ask for less ice but got full cup of ice for 6 dollars not coffee. Very dirty people who work here you should see guy nails very dirty and longggg. In my opinion food service should check people hand who makes food for customers.Very disappointing

Been here a few times and they are always rude however today was extra special :) Not only did they expect us to order on the kiosks (which didn’t work) but we sat there for about 5 mins waiting for them to come take our order or even see us waiting. Finally my husband shouted “hello?!” To no answer but someone was sweeping in the back. He then said “hello??”again even louder and still nothing. Then a girl came out of the bathroom and we said we’d like to order? She gave us a confused look as her coworker finally put down the broom and came around. She never said hi or was nice or asked what we wanted. She just stared at us with an attitude. Dear Dunkin, your girlies that work there clearly don’t wanna do their job and don’t treat your customers well. I know you don’t care but we’ll be taking our service elsewhere. Also the coffee we got sucks. It doesn’t taste the same as it should from other Dunkin’s. -_-

I ordered through door dash and I got an iced coffee and donuts my coffee was halfway empty and they gave me the wrong donuts. I tried calling and they didn’t care. This also wasn’t a DoorDash issue the drink came in a sealed bag so there’s no way that they could have drank it.

I went in there to give them a chance to see if they were fixing order the way I wanted it and they refused said we can't do that it looks like if I'm paying for it I should get it the way I want it. That's why Starbucks will always get my business dunkin' donuts in Henderson sucks and they're also one
