I’ve placed 3 orders within the last few months at Henderson, KY location. One time witnessed employees in the food kitchen area vaping out in the open around my food. Another time witnessed an employee eating out in the open directly in front of my food and the food counter.

Meat sauce too salty, I asked for pepper and crushed red pepper and didn't receive. I'm positive the little girl rolled her eyes when I went to use my rewards. I felt a certain way so I asked her if she rolled her eyes. She denied but I addressed it so that she would know I noticed it. Afterwards her manners became very polite. I never should of had to address the action for her demeanor to change. Working in customer service you have to check and keep your actions in line.

Im sitting in a grade school recess where the kitchen staff and boy taking the dine in orders loudly holding inappropite conversation about Disney mice, rats, poor food prep skills snd stael food...while ignoring customers seeking to place an order. Only the young lady working the drive thru had any semblence of professional behavior.
The establishment is filthy, the service is terrible. Henderson wants to drsw tourists but this is the norm of every restaurant in the town.
Stop hiring children! This is why my dining dollars are spent in Evansville!

I had such a wonderful experience at Fazoli’s that I just had to share! The food was delicious as always—fresh, flavorful, and served hot—but what truly made my visit exceptional was the incredibly kind and attentive staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I wish I would have grabbed names but the staff working 06/01/25 at 1PM provided 5 star service!!
