Im sitting in a grade school recess where the kitchen staff and boy taking the dine in orders loudly holding inappropite conversation about Disney mice, rats, poor food prep skills snd stael food...while ignoring customers seeking to place an order. Only the young lady working the drive thru had any semblence of professional behavior.
The establishment is filthy, the service is terrible. Henderson wants to drsw tourists but this is the norm of every restaurant in the town.
Stop hiring children! This is why my dining dollars are spent in Evansville!

I had such a wonderful experience at Fazoli’s that I just had to share! The food was delicious as always—fresh, flavorful, and served hot—but what truly made my visit exceptional was the incredibly kind and attentive staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I wish I would have grabbed names but the staff working 06/01/25 at 1PM provided 5 star service!!

Terrible service. Waited in line at least 30 minutes before order was even taken. Then another 30 minutes in line for the pickup window. This has happened before here, including 1 time when my order was never taken in the drive through until I finally left. There were at least 6 workers in the front, and still the service problems. What is the problem in this Henderson store?? Inexcusable hour long wait. So disappointed!

I would have given less than 1 star for rudeness. One employee screamed at us in the drive thru window. RUDE. Had already waited in line for 15 minutes. Order was wrong. Had to wait for 5 minutes for a refund. Didn’t even get the 20 dollar bill back that we gave them. Gave back in different denominations. Took 3 employees.

This place is awesome. I have never been disappointed when going to Fazolis. I don't know if I have Italian in my blood line or not but I do love some Italian food. This is as good as it gets without having the real deal . Fazolis is one of the best places as far as fast food goes . The food is always fresh and hot . The employees are great I've only had one incident at Fazolis, and it was the shortage of the bread sticks. We were ,( myself and two others) ordered our meal assuming we'd get our two bread sticks a piece. unfortunately that's not how it went. We got home to find we were short 2 bread sticks which wasn't a huge deal but we did pay for them and we love the bread sticks . I thought the lasagna was a little bland but I'm used to the real home made deal . So , I just feel it needs a bit of season and meat. I had the spicy sausage penne a few days ago and it was on FIRE it was so good . The fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli..that's my fav. I have to talk myself into trying something else. I can say the baked spaghetti is so good . When the have the Alfredo, last couple of times Ive been told they're out of it. So I've gotten something else . Hey, Trying something new is a good thing for me . I've always been afraid to try new things. That's how I found out I didn't like okra , asparagus, celery and omg ,homony . What is that stuff anyway . It even looks weird. Something that doesn't do weird a Fazolis pizza. When I first saw them , I thought wow they carry pizza . I'm a pizza lover to the point if someone messes up my pizza ,I probably won't talk to that person for a few . And if their pizza is not any good I just won't buy from them again. Anyway , this Fazolis pizza through me . It was a really good pizza also. Over al,l I Love Fazolis and their food
