Ordered the breakfast platter, gravy was basically water, bacon was cold. Ordered a super bacon biscuit, it was supposed to have a fried egg, had regular flat egg on it. Normally Hardee's doesn't disappoint but I am really disappointed this morning.

I ordered my usual chicken tenders. They are the best. Had to wait for them, but it was worth it. Hot and fresh! The person who took my order was friendly and apologetic for the wait, even included an apple pie.

Service and getting your food always seems to take so long.
Cashiers waiting on the kitchen loose their motivation and reflect negative vibes... yes, I will continue to go.
Hopefully management will figure this out.
