This is a great location for a fried chicken lunch. The employees are always helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious!!!!

Always closing hours before, we have set many times at the speaker when all lights are on and no one speaks and if they do they say the system is down. The food is consistently over cooked and dry. You're always asked to pull forward and wait time has been more than 20 minutes on several occasions.

Not sure what the franchise owner is up to. You have to know your business is going down. Your managers can't be properly trained to order, organize and get employees to do stuff. Fix your fountain soda machine. Tables and floors filthy. My food was cold and cold biscuits. No towels in men's restroom. This place has has declined within the last year. I want to return but unsure if it's a waste of my time or not. Evansville is worse!

Well this day was a bad day. Went to the drive thru and ordered 28 dollars worth of food. And waited 20 minutes also. Got home and looked and it was the wrong order. So I called and called but no answer and when I finally made it back I went in mad and upset. But come to find out there was only 4 workers there. So I claimed down and said I'm sorry to the manager and he fixed my order. I've never had a problem out of KFC 🍗 it was just my luck I was hurting and didn't feel good and had to drive back. But one bad day isn't a issue. I'm still going to continue to order from here. All the workers and the manager was very nice, polite, spoken softly and never got raised his voice. So I hope they get some more workers out there cause I love KFC 🍗 so much.

Parking: I will say that any other time I've ordered from KFC 🍗 that I've never had a issue and I hate that there wasn't enough workers on this day. But everyone was nice, smiling, polite, helpful

Ordered online at 5pm. Got message that order was ready for pick up at 5:13. Arrived at 5:15. Waited 30 mins and was told they are out of Pot Pies. ??? I Ordered online, paid online and it said ready for pick up. So then I wait another 10 mins to be told it will be 18 mins longer while the pot pie is cooking!!!!
It's now 6pm and I am still waiting for 1 pot pie and an 8 PC chicken bucket.
This is unacceptable for any restaurant...if you don't have my order ready, don't message me saying it's ready for pick up!
KFC has went to crap. We will never come here again. Ever.
**** I will say the cook was very kind, and was the only one that even tried to speak to me and see what he could do to help. He offered to cook the pot pie (even tho it would be 18 mins longer), and he apologized for the delay. He should be the manager! He was the one trying to make things right for the customers that were upset (all of us lol).
The food is great too! They just need more help and a leader with customer service skills.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong meal, when I explained the situation they made things right. The young lady did not make the mistake, it was my mistake. Still, they gave me what I originally wanted to order at no extra charge.

This is the best KFC experience that I have ever had. Upon walking in, the store looked clean and smelled amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Staff were friendly and professional. Helped us decide what we wanted and our food was fresh and delicious. Great Job to the Management team at this location.

Ordered new chicken tenders Sunday. They were good. Employees did a fine job. But they were so tiny they should be called chicken slivers instead of tenders. The price was outrageous for the size of the product
On Tuesday at 5:44 pm we pulled in and ordered two 4 piece tender meals. At right about 6:30 pm we finally got our food! The cook needs to get his act together and drop that chicken in the grease and keep it coming because the place was packed. Food was great but again the cook needs to find another job obviously!!! Thanks but we are very disappointed but we're patient. Brian Frederick

We went for the second time and when we walked in they had 7 ppl but still was unable to get the food out to ppl that been waiting. There was ppl waiting over 45 minutes for their food. When my wife tried to ask how long it would take for ONE order of French fries she was looked at and the girl just walked away with out a response. She asked the manager and they proceeded to ignore her as well. Before she left she witnessed them throw a bag of food to the older gentleman that had asked for his food of one sandwich and he been waiting 25 minutes for. Told him take his food and get the hell out and don't come back. That was the nail in the coffin. You don't treat your elders with disrespect and or a customer at that..... We will NOT be back and planning on calling corporate Monday on the way they treated that customer.
