Not sure what the franchise owner is up to. You have to know your business is going down. Your managers can't be properly trained to order, organize and get employees to do stuff. Fix your fountain soda machine. Tables and floors filthy. My food was cold and cold biscuits. No towels in men's restroom. This place has has declined within the last year. I want to return but unsure if it's a waste of my time or not. Evansville is worse!
Well this day was a bad day. Went to the drive thru and ordered 28 dollars worth of food. And waited 20 minutes also. Got home and looked and it was the wrong order. So I called and called but no answer and when I finally made it back I went in mad and upset. But come to find out there was only 4 workers there. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong meal, when I explained the situation they made things right. The young lady did not make the mistake, it was my mistake. Still, they gave me what I originally wanted to order at no extra charge.
